Shipping Policy

At FOXY FASHION SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED (Foxy Fashions), we aim to give you a smooth and reliable delivery experience across India. This policy follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and others. We do not ship internationally at present.

2. Shipping Charges

There are no delivery charges on any order.

3. Order Processing

• Paid orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Processing may take longer during festivals, sales or unforeseen events.
• Dispatch and tracking details are shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email.

4. Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics and external factors.

5. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime on our My Orders page after signing in to your account. Status moves Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.

6. Delays

Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, public holidays or incorrect address details. For significant delays, please contact us.

7. Failed Delivery

The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails, the order returns to us; re-shipping can be arranged on confirmation. Repeated refusal of delivery may lead to the account being blocked.

8. Address Accuracy

Please give your complete address and correct PIN code and phone number. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Do not accept a parcel that looks damaged or tampered.
• Record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
• Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or technical failures.
