Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains order cancellation and refunds for orders placed on https://foxyfashions.store.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 By you: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. WhatsApp +91 97186 98917 or email info@foxyfashions.store with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; you may raise a return after delivery as per our Return Policy. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.

1.2 By us: We may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, unserviceable or invalid address, pricing errors, technical issues or suspected fraud. You will be informed, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Approved returns (after quality check)
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch or cancelled by us
• Failed or duplicate online payments

Refunds are not applicable for used, washed, altered or damaged products, requests made after the return window, or non-returnable items (innerwear, perfumes, etc.) unless they were damaged, defective or wrong.

3. Refund Mode

• UPI payments: refund to the same UPI ID / bank account the payment came from.
• If that is not possible, we will ask you for another UPI ID or bank account after approval.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after approval (return QC or cancellation). Once initiated, the amount reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI app. Delivery charges are refunded only if the product was wrong, damaged or defective.

5. Return-Based Refunds

Refunds for returns are processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. If QC fails, the product is shipped back to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Please check with your bank or UPI app first. If you still haven’t received it, email us your order number and transaction details.
