1.1 Personal information: full name, mobile number, email address and shipping/billing address that you give us when you place an order, track an order or contact us.

1.2 Account information: to place an order you create an account with your name, email address and a password. Your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form and is never visible to us. If you forget it, we email you a secure link to reset it. We keep your email to show your order history and send order updates. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

1.3 Payment information: payments are made online by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app). Payments are processed only by our authorised payment partner; we do NOT collect or store card, UPI PIN or net-banking details. Bank/UPI details for refunds are collected only when needed and with your consent.

1.3 Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and basic usage data needed to run and secure the website.

1.4 Order data: items ordered, order status, delivery and return details. Your saved address is kept in your account so you can order faster next time.
